You will not get any satoshi with a pic. I will suggest you to follow the advises from the other members before me. Provide something valid as collateral or lock and go. I am not willing to fill this loan, but if you are in the right area, there is a chance I can send you to someone who would be willing to do this loan for you. If you are not in a good area to meet someone in person, then I suggest you post some sort of collateral here in order to get funded.

Highly possible if that's a hacked account and he using that for asking a loan on here.

He doesn't even trying to hide his scam attempt. Coming back and making one of the first posts in a loan thread seems normal, for they may have needed the funding and did not remember about the account here until now. There is no password or email change. The issue is that they have no collateral for this loan. Then they are not responding to the loan information requests. Will probably be red tagged soon.
