I can't even create a new account to get in and let them know since they apparently have no way to contact them unless you are logged in. They are holding my USD, won't let me in and I am PISSED... Ok, well that still doesn't explain why support can't take the time to let us know what is going on by either replying to our requests for support or placing an announcement on the homepage that something is wrong, they are aware and working on it... Instead, support, admin and dev are ALL online and apparently ignoring support requests... If I try to leave the main page, to log in, I get sent to https://btc-e.com/login (https://btc-e.com/login) and the screen is white/blank. This happens frequently/daily.

Now multiply it by an estimate of the transfers happening per day/month in all the currencies they support. Maybe "scam" is too strong, but surely is a "stay the hell away from me" in my book. |
