Title: Re: Jay Lent Scammer Post by: The Sceptical Chymist on November 12, 2016, 10:47:24 PM You're definitely not a newbie here, so you ought to realize that 1) You should fill out a scam accusation form, and 2) You need to provide good evidence of being scammed so that DT members can swoop in with the red paint.
This isn't James.Lent, is it? Title: Re: Jay Lent Scammer Post by: LoyceV on November 12, 2016, 11:03:14 PM No user with the name jay.lent exists. There's james.lent (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=396480), who is "Looking for a partner for my Sportsbook, pm me.", so that fits the description (but requires evidence). And there's user james, lent (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=843114), who already has red trust for being an impersonator.

Recently had some personal issues which took a lot of my personal time hence the delay. Server was sitting idle and have been using it for tests.

Yes, it was you that I was thinking of and I was going to say that you're not the scammer type. Stranger things have happened on this forum, though. Often people aren't what they seem to be. Hope this doesn't turn out badly, Mr. James.Lent.Edit: Fair enough, RL does tend to intrude a lot. Hope things work out well for you. You've been a stand-up dude. Hope this doesn't turn out badly, Mr. James.Lent.No it wont. All is well. If its not for my personal family issues, site would've already been up and running. Been utterly busy. Do you have any kind of assurance to offer to the OP that his investment is in safe hands ? Also the due date for zazarb's loan is 13 days away.I hope you don't disappoint them. @OP : Please post the transaction details. Title: Re: Jay Lent Scammer Post by: Fortify on November 13, 2016, 10:35:35 AM No it wont. All is well. If its not for my personal family issues, site would've already been up and running. Been utterly busy. It always sets off alarm bells when people keep bringing up "personal family issues" when a repayment is coming up shortly. Only because plenty of scammers in the past have used that as a smoke screen to disappear when the money is due. I am sorry if your family is having difficulties, but you entered a business transaction - not a personal one. The launch of the project we both are working on is delayed due to personal issues. OP has been updated. Also i know there's a loan nearing due which i took out in the first place to finish up this project. There wont be an issue rest assured. |
