Well, i think you must be more patient give poloniex time for done your problem before the people helps you sharing on social media. Because the users of poloniex are many and all of them get problem when using poloniex services, so i hope you understand about this situation and i hope your problem is finish soon.

This is not the reason giving that if you have a lot of users means you will delay the payment. When you know that your users are increasing then you should match the process with that. I think their is problem with Poloniex stock as i think they are run out of stock to withdraw your coin. Wait more for 24 hours if you dont get any solution better to open the scam accusation

Well.. give him the best solution about his problem until the he can make withdrawal his coins and don't give him suggestions for waiting more and more because i have said it and after he make thread on scam accusations what is have to do for OP except wait?  ::)

I have heard about bitsquare several times as decentralized exchange platform however i don't think they have lisk in their. Haven't used them till now, and your situation also look really scary if they have problem with their lisk wallet why don't they just cancel your withdraw request so that you can exchange it to bitcoin and withdraw.

just got replied "please wait for our investigations.."? Imagine if you're in OP position, will you still have patience for 6 days when your money worth around 10 btc in a site which you don't know what actually happened with that?

I am glad i am off from the exchanges long time ago. Exchange websites are like banks. When they are robbed, you are also robbed. And unlike the banks, your money ain't secured by the goverments. That means, if something happens to an exchange site, you're fckd.

6 days of waiting is definitely not tolerable. Make them pay OP.

Hi,

There answer seems clear, they have problem with the LSK wallet and they ask for more time. No need to alert all medias for a 6 days delay.
In my opinon, the delay you should let them for a transaction problem is 15 days (if they answer to your tickets, what they do) and you should ask for a compensation on a 7+ days delay for a transaction.
Again, I see nothing alarming in there answer, just ... patience ... ;)
