The example of JPR "NotTardy" probably has been the luckiest big win though btw - potentially more interesting for some article (although not literally the biggest win.) Well it is good that some casino shows the profile of the gambler to the public. So in this way, when there is a big win, we can check the profile of the winner. There is a lot of cases whereby the winner got like 30 over btc. However, when we look at the profile, he has either lose a lot in the first place or he is just betting big and it is a one time off. For the largest Bitcoin wins, Bet King will certainly have the largest plays. The only other site that used to have bets of those size (hundreds of Bitcoin at a time) was Just-Dice, which hasn't accepted Bitcoin bets in sometime. SafeDice had one big win wipe out their entire bankroll, and MoneyPot has had several large winners over the past year. BitDice to my knowledge has not had any big winners (though they have had big losers) for a long time. I don't follow Crypto-Games that much but they recently had a big ETH winner. I also want to suggest that maybe doing a 2016 list of biggest winners in sportsbetting is also good. This will show who the best is at analyzing sports. My post was mostly on crowdfunded casinos though, since people are more likely to care and want to make sure that things weren't rigged.
