Hello I registered at epay.info

have the addresses made settings ---- LTC and Dash works well

but with my BTC and Doge address tells me the system the user already exists.
But it is my addresses !!!!!!!

I can not change the address also because I am registered with it at very large number of pages

And my website contains many referral links -->  work with this address

Do you also have such problems ???

I can at many sites already do not pay - this was overnight changed to Epay.info
therefore I can not put more pay because my Epay.info BTC and Doge address does not know

It happened to me few days ago, i forget password and tried to reset it. But after pass reset had the same problem with address - "this user already exist" and couldn't log in. You need to sign mssg to prove you own that address and that's it.

I never had similar problems on epay.info. ar you sure that youvnever used epay with these addresses? Only thing that I can suggest you, it's try to contact support, maybe they will help you.

No I have my addresses there still not epay.info registered, but already received payments of some faucets. Now says Epay.info to my addresses the user already exists
The support I have already contacted 3 days ago. So far no reaction

I think they can remove your address from another account that have it if you can prove you are the real owner of the above primecoin address.

That's why you shouldn't to risk your money, your chance to online exchange wallet service. This case has been told by other people, you should listen them.
Try to complain to their support, when it solved move out your all amount to better wallet, use exchange just for trade only, don't use for storing money.

e-pay.info has had (and having still) issues with payments and security
I would not recommend using them,my personal experience was not satisfactory- was not able to withdraw money and think the money is still there pending
a friend of mind could not login to his account with over 0.04 btc in it,support could not help
even with the faucetbox closing down
I'm not going to use their micropayent service anymore,waiting for mexicantargets new system to go live
