You can't start a business that is related to marijuana and bitcoin easily because in other countries, Marijuana is considered as a drug and illegal stuff so it will be hard for you to sell your marijuana by accepting bitcoin as a payment. There's a lot of market place in internet where you can sell that stuff and accepts bitcoin. Just explore and continuously surf the internet, someday you will find an opportunity that is not very risky.

Bitcoin is considered illegal in some countries.. That doesn't stop us? China, literally one of the most active Bitcoin countries, and it's illegal for most. I STRONGLY disagree with it being card to sell Marijuana for Bitcoin. I own a dispensary and it happens to be one of the most popular payment methods. Not that I recommend by any means breaking your local/federal laws, I'm just saying it shouldn't be a hush hush topic anymore.

Also was just completely legalized by several states in the USA, it's basically legal across Canada, Uruguay it's 100% legal. So again I don't think it's fair to say oh hey it's illegal so we can't talk about it, but Bitcoin, illegal in some countries. No issue. Bitcoin is popular for funding terrorism. No biggie though right?

Since many states legalized cannabis usage, and because of the high risk business type, merchant will never get a merchant account to process online transactions, bitcoin will be the main currency.

funnily enough marijuana is legal in several US states after the 2016 presidential elections
the vote was held together with the presidential vote,so states like California already has it legal and not only for medical purposes,but in general

In most countries this is illegal and you can be imprisoned for a lifetime possesing or selling it. I think HMP Coin are supporting this initiative or the Cannabis? I think they have plantation or selling some hemp or cannabis oil?

selling seeds ! for collection are not illegal and for example in most of EU countries you can buy legit! (but if you "use it" you risk the jail :D )

Personally I'm unlucky to live in a country where it's still semi-illegal (Belgium), but the topic should be talked openly about if you're not pushing anyone to do anything illegal. 

I remember there was a marijuana delivery business here and they were using drones to deliver the product. Not so trusting fellows but yea they are doing it.  Don't know what happen to them these days, if they are accepting struggling coins dedicated for dopes the industry could have been better.

Few months ago was here, on forum, one guy who teach how to grow marijuana for Bitcoin  ;D Published photos of his plantations with very detailed descriptions. He was really good! . He lives in country where it is legal..

if the OP want to know about the legal or not for using marijuana for medical use, i think its legal because its help for the sick person to cure the pain and if for selling and buying marijuana, i think its not legal and will makes you to go to jail if you get caught. so better you stay away from marijuana if you are not the sick person.

It just should be legalised no matter who's in charge, it would generate much needed extra taxes for the governments because they just waste what they get so quick and give the people fuck all.
Also people have a right to decide what they put into their bodies, tobacco and alcohol are much worse health wise than a bit off weed but i guess they just lobbied harder and agreed to pay more tax so their products remain legal.

Not true, there is no regulation restricting credit card processing for marijuana sales, but it is a high risk business and no merchant or bank want to provide their merchant services to cannabis merchants [same case for Bitcoin].

I believe that marijuana ( not marijuana, but is therapeutic or prophylactic hemp ) and those places where it is legalized certainly looks promising and form of accounting and monetary relations crypto could not be better, because we do not forget about dirty money and drug mafia, and to somehow separate the will from reality and human needs, we certainly see the crypto+marijuana=good

It is getting legalized in most of the first world countries. And is even grown by the goverments to give as medical based medicine for chronic pain.
Even kids are taking it and it is prescribed by their doctor to use it because kids are depressed and they rather them use it then commit suicide at 11 years old.
