No unless you have a valid collateral.  Well, you can post but people won't give you a loan, if you get what I'm saying.

A loan for a casino have an high risky to be a defaulted loan, because casino normally "get money" from user and not "give money" to user!
Meanwhile If you don't have any collateral you are just going to lose time, get a red trust and no btc.

Oh, you're free to give loans here.  Just be careful of scammers, we got tons of them.
I'll be blunt and say that it would be best if you stick to lending to people who speaks your native language until your english improves.

Your posts have no sense, no meaning at all.
You want to get a loan or to give one?
And what have to do this with a casino?

Be more spesific about what you want to do here.
You look already shady to me... :-\

While it does look shady, it may be a language barrier.

To receive loans on this forum all you need is a valid collateral, although some lenders will not give you a loan if the reason is to gamble (assuming thats what you mean). Another thing to note is that your account can be used as a collateral but the worth goes by rank "Newbie" > "Jr. Member" > "Member" > "Full Member" > "Sr. Member" > "Hero Member" > "Legendary Member". You can take a look into more of that here: Account Types (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178608.0)

Read the stickies first before you proceed on giving loans: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0
Do not trust people by simply their rank because evwn Legendary members can scam for a penny.
Always ask for a proof of ownership for an account if someone will use it as a collateral. Ask for the signed message.

To add, if you notice an email/password change within their trust page, thats the best time to prove ownership. If its an older account, and you would like them to prove ownership, have them sign a message with an older address. While it may not be the very effective (since one legit reason is that they used an online wallet), this will prove if they really own the account and the address. If they cant, deny the loan and move on.

OP should lock thread soon.

First of all if you don't have much money i would not recommend you start doing loans, the interest would just not be worth the risk if you have little funds.

In the OP you mentioned you wanted to loan a casino, do you mean you want to lend to gamblers or an actual casino?
