As a collector, the BTCC Poker Chip has caught my eye and I would love to have one to complement and sit beside my Satori coin. For example, if you lookup Coinbase here - https://www.fincen.gov/msb-registrant-search Under the column, STATES OF MSB ACTIVITIES, you can see the states they are legally licensed to serve customers from. I would guess BTCC would have to do the same to be able to send USA people their products if it had any bitcoin loaded on them. Thanks Edit - I tried searching for BTCC in most fields, but nothing came up, so I assume they either aren't registered with FINCEN yet, or maybe it is filed under a different name(?). They've applied for the license and they expect to get it in a few months.
