This would be fun to host - not sure if there's much potential for profit, but still fun.

A few questions:

1) Any debts to be paid out in the current tree?
2) I assume the wallet you're using has 0 BTC balance?
3) I have some php experience, but not a whole lot. Will there be any initial help getting the site set up on my servers?
4) Is the game easily modifiable at all? Or just the house edge etc?

1.there is some debts to be payed out but we have all funds in a wallet, we have an instant payout service, but if a user does not cashout by the end of the season every1 gets a cash out.

2. i would assume so too, but contact 001sonkit as he deals with finances

3. contact 001sonkit as he is the main dev team, but hes cool im sure he would love to help you

4. it is all very easily changable, i beleive we just finished making a config file to change most features fairly easily. (confirm with 001sonkit).

As far as the profit potential if you adjusted a couple percentages an did some good marketing the profit potential is immense, look at bitcoingem, this is pretty much a more sophisticated more fair version

in an ideaal world the  ownner transfer would occur at the end of a "season"

1) All deposits (dept to user) will be paid upon season end, which we will initiate soon
2) When the transfer initiated, all our deposits and profit are cleared, it would be 0 balance.
The reason for the wallet transfer is to have our user's deposit address managed in future. As they think they could still play their tree with the address given
4: Yes, from rake, to name, title, slogan, the round's return distribution, etc. you can do it within a single config file
