As per scam adviser site not very safe to use this site. The ebay seller will send it to the ebay/paypal account holders address that is on their account then the buyer would needto sent it to your address at an extra cost. Download https://wirexapp.com/ and you will get free Virtual Visa card. After that you can top it of with BTC and use it to pay with paypal instantly (no id required). Hope this helps you :)
