i think yes you are right in my opinion he just an other paypal scammer who want us to send him first and then run away with our money thats it

I was wondering and saw this thread with the words Paypal and Bitcoin, so, I don't know if you read the entire politics of reverse transactions by Paypal, because as Bitcoin is not a "trustable" "good", because you can't prove the transaction is not from you to you, Paypal always reverse a transaction because their politics are based in common legal goods and services and Bitcoin transactions are not included. So, we in this forum always advise: even if you win a lot of money today, after months (next 6) the user can ask for a chargeback for Paypal and they'll do, you can be assured about that. So your work is cool, but be aware with International Paypal transactions to sell Bitcoins.
