Any project that tend to give 3% or even 2% daily return can't run for more than few month or even few days. How you gonna earn 3%+ to give 3% back to your investors.  ;D

Basically there is no need for another ponzi/hyip scam.

Developer is a relative term. If you really want an developer you should at least post something like

• target systems
• coding language
• time range
