Other than that i am still hoping that aside from china other countries should also start adopting and creating some bitcoin services like that. 100,000 plus local stores are something too big, If that certain stores were also decentralized around the country.

That's actually something pretty neat to be honest, glad to see more things are going to our northern neighbors and they're finally going to be getting a piece of the action. Some of these services charge exorbitant fees on their services and this kills the incentive to use Bitcoin as a cheaper alternative. We should remember that one of the reasons we are using Bitcoin as a alternative, is for the cheaper transactions.

Neteller limits a lot of transactions for me as a Canadian and that looked to be the only perk for the site.
So basically a fluff site offering already available services or did I miss a aspect? I do not know anything about the other rechargable credit cards featured,so maybe I need to look into that rabbit hole.
