4 questions/suggestions:
1) At SEPA withdrawal is "-", so you can't withdraw EUR using SEPA ?! You really should add this, cause Wire Transfer for 1%+55€ is insane :D
2) Why don't you offer OKPAY for transfers?

3) Trading API:  Looks good :)
Do you have an API Call Limit? Like "800 calls per 10 minute"?
4) But I think you should improve your Order Cancel Response.
For an active aPI trader it is important to know the matched amount, without loosing time for making additional calls to check. Therefore you have to add at least the restamount in the response. The best would be to add all the information to the response you get from the Order Get Call. This is important.

oh yes.. I wanted to post this in german section =/ I will edit translate my post.

1) Wire is not the same like SEPA ;) As you can clearly see with the fees, the fee for Wire is incredible high, and only insane people would pay 1%+55€ :D
So you have to add SEPA withdrawal option, which should cost max 1€.

Is that not too high? ???

Yes you are right the website is good and it is support with android device too, and the fees USD bank card withdrawal. I think it is the rules of bank its self and not from bitport.net. I am doubt they have control about the fees.
Because almost all of the markets apply the fees withdrawal about 3.9% + $9.99. but for the valid informations, we must wait the answers from the OP.
