It needs 120 confirmations which takes a while now. 120 confirmations may seem extreme, but it was relevant during the March 11 fork. Since people had to wait 120 confirmations, nobody on the 'wrong' side of the fork lost anything by the time the fork was reconciled! Title: Re: BTE Block Confirmation Time? I figured I'd not loose anything if I mined some BTE for a day. (Probably like a few others)
I'm just used to the steady confirms of a BTC pool like slush's. I appreciate the info :D |
