I'm willing to look at any issues on your PC that you may be having and let you know what the scoop is. We can do a remote session with view-only permissions on my side -- or you can just tell me what issues your tech is having, send me a picture of it, ect. I work full time as a network administrator and have serviced equipment for many companies and institutions in my area -- most notably the Cleveland Heights University Heights City School District working with administrators, principals, teachers and students across 12 different buildings.
