For Christ sake, Bitcoin has 7 years and Ethereum has 1. So, in 2010 Bitcoin was unknown, unbelieved and untrusted currency (it was almost nothing for years, neither a curency or coin)... there was no systems to buy or sell, it was very weird "thing". We can't predict such coins even if it is published in the mainstream media and with lotta money and rich people/institutions involved. It's impossible to answer your question.

The price of Bitcoin to reach up to over $5000 and up in the future are gaining positive reviews,so I'll still go for Bitcoin, they are stable crypto currency and volume is always high beside the massive adoption.

I preferred bitcoin is the most profitable than ethereum because first the bitcoin is the most familiar cryptocurrency in the world where the almost online jobs they pay bitcoin while the ethereum is not. Therefore, the bitcoin is profitable than ethereum.

All crypto is a risk. Bitcoin has least risk
Walking on the street is a risk, since you can get struck by a lightning, or hit by a car.
If somebody is involved in crypto or as a miner, or as a trader or as a dev he must assume the threats of this industry. So people must stop crying about crypto and move forward.

It is true that 5000$/ BTC speculation received many good feedback many user here are hype, You will believe on me if you visit ICO page of alt coins. There are many shills out there that hyping the price of the coin when release on exchange. 800$ is attain during 5 years and that is a great pump, But i think bitcoin is nearly reaching it's price ceiling. There no strong hold coin here on crypto world because there is no government monetizing it.

for the use of larger, I think bitcoin is really very good and even better than the eth. Well, eth does have a very high price, however, I felt that it was not enough to surpass bitcoin. yeah, but I guess eth really has the potential to rival bitcoin

If altcoins are falling then bitcoin will surely pump up. Thats the pattern. We all saw it when bitcoin drops big in the middle of the year and the price of altcoins starts to rise. But for me, i will buy some altcoins and bitcoins too. So if the price of btc fail, im sure altcoins will pump its price. Atlest you can recover your investments from the other crypto.

If you haven't noticed, since last year bitcoin price has doubled actually more than doubled. So right now bitcoin seems to have the lowest risk, and ETH is clearly falling and yes it may rise again but there is no way to predict that.

Your speculation was making no sense for me. over $5000? when?
Although your statement was true in my mind while the bitcoin is got his good moment every day in this month. The Indian disaster was made something is different right now for bitcoin.

ETH is crawling downhill if u ask me. A nice floor would be around 0.0075, I gravitate to entering slightly above the said target if we ever get there. Chances that it can hold on to the recent price while BTC keeps looking like this - chances are miserable.

i will stay with bitcoin because bitcoin can give us big profitable if we can hold it for middle until long term and there is no reason to changing from bitcoin to eth. maybe if we want trading, its ok to buy eth with bitcoin and sell it for high price but for now, i think the eth price is still down, i don't know when its increase again.

buy bitcoin and mine ethereum. trade neither there are much more lucrative altcoins out there you can catch on some volatile and predictable waves/cycles.

I will say obviously holding bitcoin for long term will be way better than ethereum, after fork ETH been in constant downtrend and hard for them to grow up again.

Play with ETH on day trade for profit, hold bitcoin when you like to stop day trading to sleep with peace mind.  ;)

Bitcoin comes with assurance and you know what you are getting but Ethereum is still growth and developing, if the team get things right it is easier to see ETH price $50 than BTC price $2000 . I always prefer to hedge my bet

Price of  altcoins  would definitely goes down if bitcoins  price  will pump. You can really  look at the  chart   of  a certain altcoin and bitcoin. If  i were  you,  choose  Bitcoin as   a primary  and  no altcoin  could  even   surpass bitcoin  in any way. Better to  save  bitcoin as  much as you want  rather  than ETH but  you could  always   make it as an  alternative  but  dont  focus  up too much. If you have  lots of ETH  better to  hold  it  and  focus to bitcoin.
