Where you can deposit bitcoin and get bitcoin physical/virtual visa cards which you can use worldwide. One that i have used before was cryptopay physical debit card. So you basically need it only to verify your address or to get your freelancer account verified? Than you can try neteller virtual card which is free and you can deposit it via bitcoin. I have one but never used it to verify any account, it may work. well there are too many services that needs to have a credit card or debit card,for example working as a freelancer needs one. The fees is a bit on the higher side though, and you need to verify your identity using any of the government issued ID cards.
