I went to another country i tried do use using the hotel wifi but still my Ip is still blocked. I already email them but until now no response from them. Wifi from non-residential places such as hotels and airports are usually from datacenters whom host them, such as those "freewifihotspots". That's why they are usually seen as a proxy by api's like iphub and nastyhosts, in the exact same way as some vps'es are seen as proxies ( AWS ). Since there are thousands of people logging on to them at the same time. Try to login on the site again when you get home, or get an SSH connection. Looks like they give no damn about their players. Using internet from local ISP, ethernet cable. If he still ignore you, then there is a possibility that your mistakes are too heavy for them and they can't unblock you anymore.
