I would not comprise my account status for $20 of neteller this is why I charge 17-20% on these exchanges because as we all know any payment processor can be reversed except for bitcoin. I can help you out with the neteler stuff and if and only if you send the money first. Neteller already charges some quick percentage when added through debit cards and there threshold limit is bit higher than expected.
