I think I'll give an overview what I am capable of and what I am doing: (1) I have a huge ebook library myself and am subscribed to a massive number of ebooks trackers, sites and libraries. So, it means if the book you are searching for has been published as an ebook, there is a fair chance I have it or will have it in a short time. Of course, there are books that I can't find for $1. In this case, there are other options possible because I can offer very good prices for the official ebooks and traditional paper books (Amazon price minus 20% is a good estimate) (2) "Two weeks" means I am "testing the waters" trying to find the "sweet spot" for the price.
