You have many sites like Circle Bitstamp and you can also try on localbitcoins.com they all have options for card

It depends on what Country you are in. There are countries that exchanges do not allow buying Bitcoins using credit card like Coinbase. Have you tried linking your credit card to a Paypal or Skrill account then buy Bitcoins through Virvox? You can also try that but prepare your self for high fees and other charges.

Like others suggested , almost all exchanges these days allow for credit cards to be used while buying bitcoin. However you will be required to verify your identity with them at first.

You have many sites like Circle Bitstamp and you can also try on localbitcoins.com they all have options for card

localbitcoins doesn't accept cards directly.

localbitcoins doesn't accepting but many sellers on this site accepting Credit Cards

Yes , there are many numbers of user/traders who accept every type of payment .
So you need to visit at lbc where you will get not only cc or dc payment system but also every other payment system in your local .

Whichever exchange or individual is accepting credit/debit cards is charging a very high premium.
