Title: bitcoin venture capital lending
Post by: HotSwap on November 21, 2016, 07:55:02 AM
I am lending small amounts of bitcoin as venture capital to startups.  These are NOT large amounts and also they are not loans to be repaid; I expect a 25% stake in the business.  Hit me up if you are interested.

Don't bother trying to scam me .. I've seen it all before

I am willing to fund pretty much any kind of venture .. from faucet startups, to sportsbooks or casinos, to bitcoin related adult sites, to t-shirt selling sites, to wallets, exchanges, whatever.

I am interested in this, I have a small "business" where the more money I have the more money I make until I hit around $20,000 (USD) then I would reach the equilibrium where all bitcoins I sell wouldn't make more profit if I had $21,000> and currently I have around $1250. My small business is trading bitcoins and for every dollar I sell I get up to $1.2 dollars back. I have a 0% chance of losing money, every time I spend money in my business I make more back I can explain in more detail to you in PM's if you are interested. Any amount of money would be helpful in my situation.

Interesting. The only problem is in the US, you must meet a specific requirement from the SEC (even with the new regulations so non accredited investor can invest) before purchasing stake in a business. You could go into details about your terms, the max amount you are willingly to invest, etc. Will help me and others understand where you are going with this.

you say that you can lend small amounts of btc.
casino, sportsbook? adult sites?? exchangers???

specify your amount for start. then fix your topic and write that you don't give loans, because you dont.
after that, tell us the way that you can ensure that you not get scammed and that you hold 25% from the business.

because you have seen it all before... ::)

*cough* bullshit.

If this was true, you wouldn't need a loan - you would be the richest person in the world!

This is true, the only possible way I could lose money is if it were stolen or the price of bitcoin dropped. As for the actual bitcoin trading I do there is no chance of losing money directly through that. The only thing is that I have to send my bitcoins through paypal and bank and back to bitcoin which at a minimum takes 1-2 days, otherwise if I could do this all day everyday you are correct. But when I hit even $5,000 my estimated profit will be $850-1250 every 1-2 days. Either way I was rethinking getting a loan from this guy not only does he says he needs 25% stake which is to much and too risky I need a big loan which was one that he would probably deny anyway.

I found a way to stack money guaranteed to rise and live the good life.

Paypal will block your funds as they suspect what you are doing, it wouldnt be the first time a person does loose the money doing exchange service with paypal.
If you found the way why dont you get a loan from your bank, as you saying your system its 90% sucess ratio.

I probably will end up getting a loan from my bank, the only reason I haven't already is because they have high interest rates (20-30%) I was even looking at some online bitcoin loaning services.

That is very likely to happen. Sending money around with Paypal is a risk, and the price of bitcoin can drop any moment.

Hello There,
I need a loan for my startup which i founded in 2015, we are developing a exchange platform for BTC, ETH,ETH CLASSIC, ZCASH, MONERO & LITECOIN. We have small mining farm located in India. Our new innovative API is based on OTC platform to perform transactions faster and at lower fees. We need the loan to buy some mining equipments & to launch our website. I am the Ceo, currently we are 5 members in our team. We havent raised any funds yet, but we are planning to go for our first round of investment. We can offer you equity percentage according to the investment you make in our startup. We are also working in other field also like we have designed a new electricity  generator that will harness the kinetic energy of sea waves to produce electricity. We are going to fill a patent for this new product. We will be very glad to have you invest in our startup in return for the stake you demand.
please reply.
Thank You
Anuj Singh
