what is the message?

In short he said so

Quote
Trump
These are just a few of the steps we'll take to reform Washington and rebuild our middle class. I'll provide more updates in the coming days as we work together to make America Great Again for everyone, and i mean everyone.

I think he's moderating in his speech. I still have not heard him talk about the wall on the Mexican border.

Just the same old rhetoric from his campaign.

I think he will fulfill some things he promised

He said something about it in an interview. 60 minutes I think. That it might have to be part fence part wall. Doubt much will get done either way. But here is mexico's response: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q__bSi5rBlw love the hair in the end.

He is about to execute what he promised during the Election campaign. As part of his plans, He is now going to get rid of the immigrants in the US. Trump's stunning victory Wednesday sent ripples of worry and horror through a portion of the Latino community. He had started his campaign with comments that angered many in the Latino community, insisting Mexico sends rapists and people who commit crimes and drugs to the U.S. Now, Immigrants feels worried about the issue. Hopefully, Good citizens who are immigrants will not be affected and wont get deported.

It may not be a move to moderate his views. He might have just realized that increasing the security along the border and deporting illegal aliens are more viable alternatives when compared to building the wall.

I think that Trump did not fulfill their campaign promises. It is a lot of noise they did in the world. Can toughen the migratory legislation, but it will not affect those who already is in America.

Trump is not as simple as it seems. I'm sure his words will have nothing to do with his actions as President of America. Previously, Russia was happy about his election. I think the cold war is just beginning.

I hope that Trump will fulfill his campaign promises, and many of his supporters hope so as well. It is good that he is still staying on message after winning the election, but he needs to take actions, once he takes the oath of office on January 20, 2017. It is also interesting that he is appointing people to his cabinet that were strongly against him, such as Nikki Haley (Ambassador to the United Nations) and Mitt Romney (possible Secretary of State). I think it is Trump's way of uniting the party, and bringing everyone together, now that he is President.

He did not say he would deport immigrants. He and anyone in their right mind would realize that immigrants are beneficial to the country. However, the United States of America is now a sovereign nation founded upon the rule of law. Turning a blind eye to ILLEGAL immigrants (the ones Trump refers to) flowing into the country and ignoring immigration laws is both dangerous, and has severe implications to many areas of American life.

Legal immigrants have no worries. Period. Whereas, Illegal immigrants made bad choices and there are consequences to all of our actions. The media spun his words to make it seem like he wants to deport ALL immigrants, that's completely false.

I also think that all the anti-immigrants will end with greater control over the border with Mexico. It is very big money will be invested in the development of the army. Think we are waiting for the intensification of the cold war.

Let's give him the benefit of the doubt for now, we'll find out soon after he assumes the office.

even now when he's not in the office, Russia and Philipines have called in for making better relationships with US as soon as Trump was elected president, that's a pretty good start...
