But there is guy working on litecoin CUDA miner, so far it is capable of almost doubling the hashrate. Unfortunatelly it is still beta without possibility to set any priority so it's not good to mine on primary card on desktop.

With OC it goes up to 680ish but the increased fan noise+power+inconsistency of video drivers+stale/rejects is not worth the difference, at least not to me.
