Risk of "shut down", so i think you a talking about "risk of recovery by the owner" is only when this account was hacked and hacker remove posts with staked bitcoin address. If the account has made any deal before (even through PM) and someone else can verify it and the real owner can sign a message then you will lose the access on the account.
