I believe most of us are from IT background and IT people should be good target to spread awareness about bitcoins as they will be able to understand the concept of "virtual" currency :)

Open Bitfloor account, Use their cash deposit method ( Powered by Local Till ) to fund in your account, buy bitcoins, transfer them to your cold wallet. You can accept bank payments / western union at gox rates + a certain % as commission and send coins to the buyer. Start small then work ur way up. I don't mind the idea of selling through paypal, I can start small (.1-1btc), would 10%+ commission above mtgox market price at time of sell (according to payment time stamp) be fair (or a rip off, or a steal)? where should I list that?
