I use advcash bitcoin card and now my money 25$ can't  withdraw and use / from card
they said card limit error occur but this is long time

What do you mean?, you are withdrawing or your money just disappear in an instant? or do they just disable it?

Money is lock and lost

generally its works . but it's not reliable service . for most outsource freelancers it does the job (previously  low fees )
don't expect it will perform as big money transfer service

i do trust them as beta sites

I asked for my card 3 times and it never arrived in my country I do not know the reason, but they have a very inconsistent service. Every day they are making changes. If you go to their site, there is something that has changed.

I like the site and it has always been very easy to use. at least for me. But they have to improve their services if they want to have customers.


Why did they do this? You should try to find out what's going on. I did not see in the news that they had problems with the cards.

That is quite poor really, surely they should have stated this somewhere when signing up, it must be stated somewhere in their terms before registering for the card? if not then that's poor service.

Well, that sucks.
They shouldn't differentiate their customers like this at all.
At least they need to put a warning sign in their website regarding this problem and that you need to be verified member to fix this problem warning.

If you need a new Bitcoin Debit Card, try to use spectrocoin never had any problem with their card or their website ;)

Also check trust rating of this account  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=317543 who seem to be behind spectrocoin.

Talking about advcash they seem to have made excuses regarding account verification and account limitation here http://advcash.com/en/faq/

I am using cryptopay cards which also have limitation for non-verified members but they haven't asked any verification in middle. Also there are other bitcoin debit card providers in this list https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1410577.0

What documents they require? If it is just national id than better to provide personal papers because as most of the other bitcoin debit card provider will also ask this documents after reaching limitation.

If anyone don't like to share their documents better to keep track of your card limitation.

I didn't know about that trust rating before since I was away from the forum quite some time, I'm taking my words back.
Seeing how scary SpectroCoin is I will move my fund back into my wallet, thanks for the warning :)
