So to address your apparent ignorance the ~110k that was mined before being announced in the English forums wad donated to BTC-e. This originally was planned to help secure the network by ensuring staking could start as early as possible. Unfortunately due to some drama queens like smoothy getting their panties in a knot they made the decision to destroy the coins and remine the required coins for staking.
