The last owner scammed everyone because he was offering earnings that he couldn't pay. Mexicantarget just bought the site and recover it under a new propost, now everyone is being paid, don't worry about it. Mexican has many sites paying Bitcoins, including the best one: FaucetGame. It is a game faucet exactly as the name says. You aren't going to get rich there. When you level up high enough you make a fairish amount and I guess you could use it for altcoin investments or something other. They make their money through advertising and things, it is sustainable.
