Stupid question, but did you contact their support department?
Also, are you sure the transaction was confirmed? There is a huge backlog lately, so a lot of transactions remain unconfirmed.

If contacted their support and you're sure your tx was confirmed, the only real proof for opening a scam accusation would indeed be to post their letter of guarantee, altough this will void your privacy.

Nobody is going to believe this without evidence and additional information. To expand on the post of the user above, what wallet software are you using?

Actually he gave a proof already, you just need to be more observative before making another post to increase your postcount.

I've made a 3000$ operation on bitmixer 4 days ago and received my money only today, so I guess it's some temporary issue and you will get your money.
