If they really want to pay, why don't they pay directly to FaucetBox? It's a default faucet, complete captcha, get some satoshis, it's not a game or upgradeable faucet, so no reason to set minimum payout.

I have found this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1356827.0 and as i can see faucet is not paying. Anyway, if you want to use faucets, use trusted faucets only. Do some research here in micro earnings, there are lots of topics with best faucets.
