Why not just get a cryptopay btc debit card and load it then use that to verify you paypal account? Even coinzy can do this. The problem is not verify. I need to take the money out of the account. You can't have a IBAN (a bank account) to match with Paypal name (if the PP account is not under your name). You must try other methods (like echange Paypal for Bitcoin for example).
