Looks like you had forgot the most precious detail here, does this account has a signed message, and if yes how old it is, since a senior member does take atleast 8 months to reach such status.

What the hell? Are you really asking those, how can you be selling account without know what does mean signed message? Im surprised and shocked at the same time, anyway, when you do use an adress it stay connected with your account forever, sign a message its just a proof you hold the adress and its conected to the account, anyway read here:
