Bumping this for you.  Is there any other information you can provide?  Not sure if there's anything that can be done, but this is definitely the forum to ask!

This. Blockchain.info does not have the private keys of it's users (thus mitigating the risks if it's hacked internally like bitfloor), and thus they cannot access the money. Also, the hacker probably transferred the coins to another btc address not under blockchain.info anyway.

Are there transaction ID"s and stuff?

I guess there's a lesson learned here.

You realise BTC transactions are not reversible? blockchain.info does not have the private keys to any of the addresses. They can not help you. The hacker now controls these coins. :-/

I think you can post a comment on the address of the coins stolen asking for them to give it back! and point to this thread. otherwise just have to hope they return them....

passwords should be 16+ letters long with #'s etc mixed in

Passwords should be a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters (if possible). That's the way the military requires one to set a password.

as i understand it length is more important then #'s etc. a 50 letter phrase is better then a 7 complex letters

That is the address the coins are in. Not all of that money is my moms. 77.6 BTC are my moms.

Yeah, I know how to set a good password that would take a very long time to hack. I always check my password here http://howsecureismypassword.net/ before making it. Mine would take 88 nonillion years for a normal desktop PC to crack :D mom's on the other hand only 44 thousand...Lesson learned...a very expensive one though. Hopefully there is SOMETHING that can be done. Still waiting for a customer support rep to be put on the request.

The BTC are still in 1Na1WFr4fmC64Yi79YfiAMuXTYKV32xkxJ that account.

Thanks for all the help guys. Also a special thanks to CryptoCurrent, JonSnow. They have THE best customer service and are the quickest way I have found to get BTC without trading. Absoultely AMAZING work from them.

Lots of money these hackers have stolen...I STILL haven't received a reply from customer service about this situation.

There is no way the coins can be reversed or anything, no need asking the CS about this. Bitcoin is irreversible.

I know you are hoping that you can get the bitcoins back, but what you've been told is true.  There is no way for blockchain.info or anyone other than the thief to send those bitcoins back to you.

You can try filing a theft report with law enforcement, but they are unlikely to be able to catch the thief.

If you can get law enforcement to investigate and find the thief, please let us all know how you convinced them to care.  In general, most people find that law enforcement doesn't seem to care too much about what happens to the bitcoins of individuals.

Other than that, you can start accepting that they are as stolen as if a thief sneaked into your house and walked out with the $14,000 you had hidden in your sock drawer.

There would be no way to get those dollars back without catching the thief.  The same is true of the bitcoins.
