Russia's Defense Ministry has issued a formal protest to Ukraine over the imposition of illegal restrictions for the use of airspace over the Black Sea.
"On November 24, the attache for defense issues of the Ukrainian Embassy in Russia was invited to the Defense Ministry and given a military diplomatic note," the ministry said in a report on Friday.
"It contained a formal protest on the part of the Russian Defense Ministry over the imposition of illegal restrictions on the use of airspace on December 1-2, 2016, over the Black Sea area to the west of the Crimean coast 'for missile firing drills'," it said.
