Title: Bitcoin not recieved from Payza Post by: DevilDog on November 26, 2016, 02:57:47 AM Ok, first of all I apologize if I have posted this in the wrong area.
I made a withdrawal request from my Payza account to my bitcoin wallet. It took a few days but Payza said it was sent. It was sent, apparently, to the right bitcoin address but it has not showed up in my bitcoin wallet now three days later. I cannot find the transaction on Blockchain. So what do I do? Any help appreciated. From what I saw around, there seems to be a lot of issues cropping up with Payza these days and support certainly is not helping/hasn't managed to resolve the issue. If there s no blockchain results for that transaction, that is HAS NOT BEEN SENT YET. A very simple way to determine who to blame.

It was sent, apparently, to the right bitcoin address but it has not showed up in my bitcoin wallet now three days later. Log a support ticket here : https://helpdesk.payza.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit there seems to be a lot of issues cropping up with Payza these days and support certainly is not helping/hasn't managed to resolve the issue. Payza (before known as alertpay) is doing paypal similar services for years so no need to get panic with one or two hiccups. Hopefully we need wait before making any strong conclusion. I paid many a time for upgrades and such through them and everything went smooth maybe your transfer happened during the backlog? when there were 60.000+ stuck transactions? in any case you should check with support,they should provide you with the transaction id so you can trace your payment if there is no ID provided you can start crying wolf then Title: Re: Bitcoin not recieved from Payza Post by: EustormBit on November 28, 2016, 03:33:51 AM my last trx with payza is going smooth,, maybe just check with technical support..

I suggest you chat directly with a support manager (this option is available) instead of submitting a ticket and your problem will be solved within a few minutes. |
