Title: Corsair 1000x and power sata cables Post by: twofreckles on November 26, 2016, 09:02:30 AM Recently I got unpleasant surprise. One of power cables from SATA fried, as well as input connection in PSU. The cable itself have 4 sata outputs, so now question is there some guideline how many GPU can be connected to 1 cable? I am usually using 3 connections.

I simply use molex to power risers now. 2 riser per molex. Same PSU.

For the RX 470 or 480, you can support 1. Once its too warm then you know its over stretching it.

Don't you know in which shop can I buy exactly this riser? On their lhclab.com webpage there are only standard risers.
