In case you tried buying inexpensive prepaid cards by trading bitcoins or amazon gift cards then it might happen. I don't really trust a .io, they have no trust ratings. Also, please show proofs your transactions and the amount risked. 200$ is not a joke, it needs to be considered while joining a website that gives no prior reason or warning to the users. Because of the gamification system my transactions are all low. 11$ and 12$ purchase for some user and a 39$ purchase for my self.

I'm no foreign noob, I'm a Sr. Member here that got hacked, and I can say that purse.io not only has the worst customer service, they are worse than PayPal. They ban you without a reason, fail to communicate, and simply shut you out their site and keep your BTC. They need to be stopped.
