It is not working either, I tried to verify it with coinig, but still no luck.

I managed to verify it in blockchain,maybe it has to do something with blockchain,I don't know

Maybe is something wrong with coinig, i have some problems with it at the past.

coinig has some problems with newline characters IIRC; I verified it with Bitcoin Core. Everything seems to be proper here.

Hello Fraxinus, you have a little less than two hours to repay the due amount. If you fail to repay on time, the interest will be 1% per day on top of the previous interest, until you repay the loan.

I don't think you can unilaterally change the agreement in the middle.  Unless he agrees to the new terms.

All you can do is forfeit his loan and take his collateral.   :-\

We have not discussed about a late repayment since I would have thought it would happen when dealing with someone that has over 1000 activity, but aparantly it happend and will take it as notice the next time I loan to someone.

BTW, the loan is not in the middle, the time is already up.

The loan is in the middle of the transaction.  Until he repays you, then the transaction is over, and you can create a new one with new terms.   :)

Confirmed that I received the bitcoins, still unconfirmed though.
I had not discussed about the late repayment terms, but since he rapaid only a few minutes late, I don't mind, if he was weeks to late, yeah that would be another case.
