how much is the rollover for the 1st deposit?

I also have problem on site's loading, it takes too long to load. Compare to other gambling site, you need to improve server performance for your site. Players are impatient, that's why we need a site that loads faster. I just found out this site, and i hope it will be a better gambling site. When did you start ? Just yesterday? or Today?

I have tried to load your site and I also not faced any problem while loading and it loaded to me within a few seconds without any delay or long time loading. I think the problem is in his internet connection. He has a slow connection.

I just tried one of your slot games, and it loaded faster than other slot games in other casinos. Usually it took me around 30 mins to just load one slot game, but in your site with same internet connection speed, it just needed 2-3 mins. The design is quite good, but not amazing. Beside that, I just dont like the name of your casino, Oshi. Dont get me wrong, its just my opinion tho. If I have much free time tomorrow, I will deposit some bits and try other games. Good luck.

35-40x is still standard rollover requirement, there were some sites had more than 35-40x. Indeed it may kill your deposit and most likely you will only lose your deposit before you complete it. But who knows when you are lucky?
It is your right to take the bonus or not, if you hate the bonus so dont take it and just play with your deposit.

Indeed it is weird if their support agents do not understand about it.

To solve what? I asked support about bonus and free spins, after that again in talk with support I got different answer, and then I saw that your rules are totally different.
Mistake is mine clearly, I should read rule's cause talking and asking support is not always good thing to do obviously. And just to add how incompetent answer I got, suppurt told me that I should deposit minimum 50 mbtc for bonus spins, panjul shared right information its 100 mbtc.
That was my first bonus, I like bonuses, but your support partially ruined my experience. I don't see that you can do anything for me, I didn't lost million's and mistake is mine.

Oshi is really good casino. And if you contact support via email answer is fast, professional and most accurate.
While 24/7 live support is totally different story, they most of the time have no idea what you ask them and answer something generic/random.
You can take one of the daily bonuses with minimum deposit of 0.01 bitcoin.

When did you changed rules for daily bonuses?
I took the daily reload bonus and went to play game I got free spins for and it said: (And I actually received 5 spins less)
Now I need to lose/complete deposit bonus first to be able to play free spins I received together.
I didn't get any notification (email/pop-up) that rules have been changed.

You also did not read what I wrote, you must be working on live chat support. Quoting those terms is pointless.
Bonus is properly credited(except missing free spins) I've used all bonuses from the welcome package.
Free spins are not playable until first part of bonus is cleared/lost. Past three daily bonuses didn't had this rule attached to them.

You can at least inform players upfront, contacted support and they said everything is order, rules are not changed since launch.
Free spins are credited perfectly correct, support said and they can only cancel bonus.
Thats what live support said.
