I do not have bank account, can not open one. I need somebody who wants to exchange his bitcoin to skrill/Neteller and make a profit. If you have any idea how to spend Neteller money using their virtual card? Buying a voucher? Where?

If you don't know skrill charge big fee from merchants even they receive or send from their skrill and what fee you are offering merchant might be even can't bear skrill fee.
