Title: Who's got access to a 3D printer?
Post by: crazyates on April 07, 2013, 06:29:20 PM
I might be interested in purchasing a Defense Distributed AR lower receiver. From what I can tell, their new design can handle 600 rounds, so I would consider it a disposable item. If you have any familiarity with this project, and are interested in selling them, please send me a PM.

I am building a 3d printer now as well. I will sell filament and other parts (for bitcoin) starting in a few weeks.

I have access to 6 varying 3D printers at university (I study architecture so we make a lot of 3D models).

They vary in resolution from Replicators and Formlabs up to the ones that cost a fortune to make because they use a powder instead of extrusions.
For those powder ones, what material do they use?

Awesome! Let me know when you get all set up, and what you're capable of printing.
