Why make an altcoin from btc, when LTC is literally exactly what they want? lol

Roger Ver is turning to a joker, wants a faster block times and Bigger block size, Does he know the time man has been fantasizing about living in the Mars, he needs to understand that in life you cant' always get your wish and also I don't think he understands how to code or any technical side of Bitcoin

I think he has 100+ coins by now.






About him and Bitcoin, He just want to get another highly popular Coin. He will not stop before BTC will fork.

Wonder what will happen if bitcoin forks and another altcoin gets the upper hand as a result. :-\

Roger Ver is just a rich man with Bitcoin messiah complex. Do we really need pay attention to what he wants or needs?
If Ver tell you tomorrow that he is dumping all his bitcoins because he is creating his own coin or buying ETH or XMR would you follow him?

This post made me laugh out loud. It is not only funny but also true. I do not really follow the scaling issue very closely but Roger Ver and his Bitcoin Unlimited shills are already getting very annoying on Reddit. They just keep talking and criticizing trying to create uncertainty in the community. Enough is enough.

forking btc is exactly the same as creating an ALT,
in fact that is how nearly all ALTs are born.

Ver just plays a semantics game, tuned to the witless btc maximalist crowd.

I am so passionate about Bitcoin because I own so many of them, so I want to see Bitcoin be the winner in the competition among cryptocurrencies.
Having a congested network with high fees,  slow confirmations, and easy double spends is the formula to guarantee that Bitcoin loses to something else.

Why would you care which crypto-currency wins? If it is another altcoin, you trade your BTC for it and make huge gains because of starting from a much smaller mcap than Bitcoin.

I don't see any way that Lightning Networks can scale without being centralized. Ditto Bitcoin. So for me, the Bitcoin ecosystem will never have enough network effects to scale out the way the Internet did. And thus they must be replaced. That is my stance, but I am happy for them to try to their best and see what comes of it.

In my (semi-)"expert" technical analysis, PoW must die. Sorry.

Monero is future crypto currency, it will have its flavor in 2017 onwards.

Roger Ver is so far from understanding the technical details of how a decentralized network like bitcoin works that he just should stay quiet about it and get another passtime. He just doesn't stop saying stupid shit. I mean how someone that is involved so much in bitcoin doesn't already know that in order to raise the blocksize we first need to adopt segwit to do it properly? then we would have LN working properly + a blocksize increase down the lane (all core devs want to increase the blocksize except one)

Embrace any other altcoin? That would not be a good idea. The only altcoins that I can see Roger Ver choose and hold are maybe litecoin and Monero. To be frank I believe those 2 cryptocoins are the less scammy ones compared to the rest of the coins in the cryptosphere.
