Title: mBTC in a conversation
Post by: darkmethod on April 08, 2013, 12:46:11 AM
What is the acceptable and pronounceable way to say "mbtc" in a conversation? Is there a general consensus?

"M Bitcoin"
"Milli Bitcoin"
"M B T C"
"One Thousandth of a Bitcoin"

"Milli Bitcoin" rolls off the tongue the easiest.

I'd use the "mBTC" notation, and verbally say "milli bitcoin" or even "millicoin".

milliBitcoin when spoken.  When typed I usually used mBTC.

I am liking the "millicoins" in thread though.
