I tried again: a big SERVER ERROR with spinning wheels at the background.
I reload page: Balance 1.50 left. That means 2.00 disappeared either without spinning, or with spinning but without showing me the results. In my opinion a "server error" should not result in lowering the balance.

I did withdraw the remaining 1.50.

Daaamn… I'm coming here very late. This has been posted for a very long time. So what's up people, how has it been for those of you that have been part of it for long now? I answered that of course I couldn`t bet during the website were down, and I made bets previously that were risolved during the time down but nothing about betting when they were down.

Since that moment they didn't answer this and another email and I have disabled the withdrawals. All this situation souns not very professional to me and I am really worried about this situation

Sorry for my bad english, I can't wtihdraw when I go to the withdraw section in their web appears "The site administrator has disabled deposits and withdrawals". I can check my bets (of course all of them were previosuly of the website down). I sent several emails without any answer from them. Previously all with them was ok with withdrawals pretty fast, but a few days with the web down and no communication in this situation to me is a big red light. Betbit is working for years now, they should be responsive when some complaints especially on e-mail sent to them.  And they should not be surprise if their player are still wagering just because their website is down but because they have issue, as stated above a hardware issue. I'll address the reason betbit.com was down first.

There was a period of 2 days Betbit.com was down. We suffered from two hardware failures back to back. One of them by itself was no big deal, but both at the same time was a big issue. Even after the site was up, it was an additional 8 hours for our internal bitcoin daemon to syn, so withdraws were not working until the full sync.

There was no loss of information.

We had a rush of withdrawals as soon as we were up again. One player had some anomalies on his.her account, which was quickly resolved.

I'll go through and address the individual issues here now.


We sent our emails to all of the players letting them know about the downtime. We missed this channel. If this happens again, then we'll be sure to update here as well.

Yes, deposits and withdrawals were restored within a few hours of the site being restored. When you run a full btc node, you have to sync blocks not previously stored. This only took a few hours to complete. There have not been any further complications.

You could have self-excluded for a week or month whilst waiting for this to be looked at ... if you ever come across a similar issue just temporarily close the account or self-exclude so you won't lose the balance whilst waiting for it to be recovered.

We no longer suspect any malfeasance from simpa1337. It's no coincidence that other players having payout similar to simpa1337's.

As a result, we have removed the game from the list of available games. We believe there must be something wrong. It's not possible that we can leave that game available any longer. On average it's been a 5-50X deposit to withdraw ratio over extended periods of game-play.

We've checked everything on our end. We turned over every 0 and 1. We could not find any issues on our end. I can't help but wonder if the silence of the software provider means anything.

To clarify how things went down:
I withdrew atleast 5x my deposit that did not go back to the site
I had over 400mbtc when my account was frozen, it was frozen for a couple of days.
I gambled these away on the slot that I first won it on, and I lost it on that same slot.
This is the slot that they later removed after being unable to reach the provider.
I have had no problems getting my withdrawals earlier, I am still coming out of this having "won" money.

Some things that I would have in the back of my head if you are thinking about gambling here:
1. They froze my account withdrawals, but did not freeze my ability to deposit/gamble during this time.
2. They froze my account because the slot was acting weird, but let me / other continue to play on the same machine.
3. Account withdrawals was frozen for several days
4. Support is very weird and slow, I had to ask for why my account was frozen, and was told it the case should be done in "48 hours", the time was atleast double.

in case it keeps taking long to submit bet shouldn't the provider submit the bet with better odds as well ? since it's refusing it when odds are dropping it should either submit the better odds or also reject the bet when odds are higher so it stays fair for both sides

other sites usually accept the worse odds when odds move up but the avg wait time is like 5 seconds so odds are less likely to move but in my case with this bet it took really long for both accepting and rejecting
