When i go to my.dogechain.info the page is blank and the wallet does not load. Why is this and what can I do to fix it. All help is appreciated I think it is a server issue though and not anything to do with me. Really annoying.

It may be working again now, I can access the login/create new wallet page. However, I don't have a dogechain.info wallet to test logging in.

I never had similar problems with dogechain wallet. If you still facing problems with wallet, I can give you advices: clear cache of browser. You can also try to turn off some add-ons of your browser if you have installed, it can block loading of some pages. If it not helps, try another browser.

This is what worked for me, I got tor browser and after many refreshes and repeats, I managed to log in. As soon as I did, I took all of my balance out of that idiotic website and transferred it to block.io. So far no problems with block.io, everything is smooth and transactions are fast. To receive the doge, I need 10 confirmations, but to send is instant. Clearing cookies, cache, did not work, as it is a security error.

UPDATE: I can access my.dogechain.info now with no problem, but won't be using it as I think it is unstable.

if you use firefox browser until now my.dogechain still blank
maybe you must use another browser, iam same use firexfox blank, but use another browser is no problem

For me, it has always worked flawlessly using google chrome... I did switch to coinomi a while ago, since i trusted it more than using an online wallet. (i know an android wallet isn't perfect either, but at least i controll my own private keys)

 Seems is working good even with firefox browser. I've logging at this time and all function working well.

maybe you see the maintain the network so your wallet can not loading properly and i think if we have this experience then you should need to waited for the maintain process is finished. so far, i don't have bad experience with dogechain.info because every time i sending and receive dogecoin, its not take too long to receive in my wallet.

now my.dogechain.info is working just fine, but when I made the threat it was not working because my browsers security protection did not allow the site load. They fixed it now, but it was a bad experience for me, something that I do not want to risk happening again. So I found a new website now, first I tried holy transaction but the fee is too much, so I use block.io, similar to my.dogechain.info and very trustworthy.

I stopped using dogechain.info a month ago because of the offline issue I thought I lost my 10,000 DOgecoin but when it gets online I withdrew everything and transfer it to my exchange to trade,anytime soon this wallet could go down,better not to put all your eggs in one basket.

who do I speak to to get my 2FA disabled for my online wallet at dogechain. I contacted support several times and nobody is responsive

During Christmas and NY, yes I can understand them being on holidays, but I have been sending emails to support weekly for the last 3 months, and still no reply  ???
Have they abandoned the site or something. I even tried contacting block.io support but no reply

This wallet was hacked and there is no answer, as there is no help.

I never had a problem with a dogechain purse. I recommend clearing the cache. Remove some unneeded applications
