VPS on digital ocean with 2 core, 2gb ram and 40gb SSD is 20$ a month, and yours is 2 core, 2gb ram, 20gb ssd for 19$ a month. Maybe you should offer something that other trusted providers are not offering in order to get some customers :)

Quote Compliance with the local laws may be required. So you gonna provide personal details of your customers to local government if there will be investigation? I don't think many will like this, and also price for linux vps seems really high than other competitors. You don't know that we have entered the era of ASIC? I don't really think these are servers for mining. Don't even know why would you think that. Ok, if you went to the site, perhaps at first you will going to read all what is written there ??? On home page is written "We protect customer data and information. We do not disclose your data to third parties". Did you see this? Compliance with the local laws may be required. It is mean that we not allowed porn, hacking activities, spamming etc which are prohibited by the law of the country. And if something from this will be available on VPS we will require to remove it.
