Problem is not from where are coming this likes. Problem is with Facebook bots. They recognize fake likes even if they are coming from exchanges. I have tested this methods few months ago, and always after 2-4 days all likes disappear. I talk here about Fan Page likes, not about post/picture likes.

What if you space the likes out ? Will that help ? If they all come on at once then it is fake obviously.

It is not worth it. The Facebook bots will pick it up and take the likes away so you will have now very soon.
Rather spend the btc on advertising or swap like for like.
